My suggestion would be to contact your friendly IBM SE, and tell him to
issue the following command from VM, then put the stuff on diskettes
following the directions he will receive:  "REQUEST IBMIA102 FROM IAATOOLS
AT YMTVM6".  You will end up with 2 diskettes.  One will have OS/2 code, the
other Windows V3 and V2.
