Question:  Who is responsible for the allocation of X.121
           address name space;

		1) In general ?

		2) In the UK and France ?

I am thinking in particular about public X.25 networks, and
how they integrate with private networks. This must be a common
problem for multi-national companies who have private X.25
networks in various countries and want to use an international service
(e.g. Tymnet) to bridge them. 


Is this just a free-for-all situation ? or are the public
network operators regulated ? 

I will summarise the answers and post to the group.
