I don't know of any.  The closest I know of is the NDIS-to-Packet-Driver
adapter module we put out as freeware last fall (look on vax.ftp.com in
pub/packet.driver/pubdom/ndis for the original ASM source).  Joe Doupnik
has improved it, his version is on
