I pose the following question to net readers:

What would you list as the top 3 problems that need to be
solved (theory and/or technology) in order to achieve a quantum
leap in intelligent robotics/autonomous systems capabilities ??

(NOTE: this is not an official survey of any sort.  I have
just been thinking about this lately and wondered what others
