I have been searching for the souces for the bib reference database browsing
programs SEEREF and SEEBIB that we originally posted in
1985 or 6. I only have the binary and our machine has been 'upgraded'
so that the new machine is not able to use the VAX binary.

I am also trying to fine the programs Pack and Unpack dating from
about the same time (and for the same reason!)
