I've already gotten mine to work.  I used stock everything and it works
fine.  If someone wants to archive it, I'll pass it along.  It's *big*
though!  I'd also be willing to snail-mail floppies of it to interested
persons.

The trick to getting it to make was defining STUPID_CPP.
