I posted 'remtime.c' to comp.sources.misc, where it appears as v20i069.
This is code that will compile on several sysV UNIX platforms to give some
semblance of synchronization of time on a network.
It will update the RTC on S/Series and U6000.  With some minor touches, it
would work on the 3B1 RTC.
