Try the info-mac archives at ditmela.dit (csiro in carlton). The ip# is
128.250.90.81. Anyway, the stuff is in the:
  /info-mac/sound
directory. I _know_ the stuff is for the mac, but there is a lot of stuff,
and there are programs (a lot actually) which convert mac samples to IFF
samples.

Notes:
 - ditmela.dit is moving to another machine soon (I think in the next
 month), and during the changeover, there have been a few problems :-(
 The new machine ip address will be announced.
