The Sale ended last friday, but You still Might be able to get the drive at $250 (as I did on Monday)....It is Nice, It only formatted to 90 Meg on my HardFrame Though.... As for a Controller, How cheep do you want to go... I have a C.LTD Kronos for the 2000 for sale, Don't know if it will work on the 1000....$75 (It does not support SCSI Direct Protocol, so hooking a Tape Drive up to it (with BTN tape) will not work) Dave
