I'm stuck at the Green Pastures Hotel and any hints would be
appreciated.  I've looked into room 12 from the ledge, but can't get
in and I can't seem to find the chimney or get to a fireplace.  Also,
I can't seem to get any messages at the front desk.  Thanks in
advance!!
