People will have already pointed this out to you, but... 1024 bytes = 1K 1024 KB = 1M 1024x1024 = 1M = 1,048,576 256K = .25MB (which comes with the ROM 2 (01) GS) (1.125 MB on the ROM 3 GS) You can an additional 8MB.
