        There are several Draw programs. 
        
                Draw Plus by Actvision (Paintworks Gold)
                        I doubt that they are supporting it anymore.

                Beagle Draw by Beagle Bros. (formerly StyleWare's Top Draw)
                        Probably have support by the company for many years
                        to come.
