Only the desktop Model 520 (product 9020A/B/C).  The 530, 540, 550 and 560
cannot run BASIC.

The 500 is more similar to the 9845, from which it was derived.  The 300 was
derived from the Series 200.  Different architectures altogether.

No, they use CIO, like some Series 800.

Nope, but they are probably individually still orderable.  The software
