Keywords: Soundblaster, DMA #1 Message-ID: <1991Jun26.202551.3025@sactoh0.sac.ca.us> Date: 26 Jun 91 20:25:51 GMT Organization: Sacramento Public Access Unix Lines: 15 My SB won't work in the cmoputer I have! (Has anyone heard of HD Computers?) I keep getting error 0400 when running the TEST-SBC program. I know I have AMI BIOS (I'm running a 33MHz '386). I have run the Checkit program and none of the cards installed use DMA channel #1 so I don't understand how a conflict could occur (unless it is a bad motherboard design). Should I sell this thing and try for a Soundmaster? Any help would be appreciated! Stephan A.
