One of my friends has just installed a memory board, with 4Meg, in his clone AT and everything works fine until he tries to start windows. Here are the facts: - It comes up with the normal startup screen, but then immediately reports a protected mode violation. - Himem.sys installs properly and BC++ can use it without any problem, but not windows. - Before the memory board was installed windows ran without any problem(except for being slow). - The DOS is 3.3, windows is 3.0 PLEASE email any suggestions/comments!!!!!! Thanks Anthony
