Device=[drive]ramdrive.sys [disksize sectorsize numentries] /e /a
the default size is 64K
the default sector size is 512
use /e to use extended memory or /a to use expanded memory

Make sure that you put "device=himen.sys" before the "device=ramdrive.sys"
in your config.sys.
