And what happens when you are sick for a few days, and your boss needs to have someone take over some rush project you were working on, and that person comes back and reports to the boss that he can't get the files because they are on an encrypted partition? I'm not saying you shouldn't have an encrypted personal partition on your disk. Just make sure that your boss knows about it, and don't keep company stuff on that partition, and make sure that the boss knows that you don't keep company stuff there. Tim Smith
