Message-ID: <378@burr.cs.utexas.edu> Date: 28 Jun 91 18:00:14 GMT Organization: UTexas CS Dept, Austin, Texas Lines: 17 I have found that the version of NCSA Telnet 2.3.2 that has been hacked for SLIP does not run under System 7.0. It bombs after displaying the message "telnet -- unimplemented trap.". It works fine under older systems. Has anyone else seen this problem? Any suggestions? I use a 2.5 MB Mac Plus. BTW, this slip version of telnet is available via anonymous ftp from ftp.cisco.com in file telnet.hqx. It is also on ftp.utexas.edu (for now) in directory pub/slip/mac/ncsa. ---- Peter Newton Computer Sciences, TAY 2.124 (512) 471-9735 University of Texas at Austin newton@cs.utexas.edu Austin, TX 78712-1188 ...{uunet|gatech|ames}!cs.utexas.edu!newton
