Hello,

We are having SERIOUS problems getting an LC to accept some 
Panasonic 4Mb SIMMS.

No other hardware attachments, just a plain 2/40.

When the SIMMS are installed (by our Auth. Apple Tech.) either of 2
things happen:

1) Sad Mac tunes.
or
2) nothing.

Any help would be very appreciated.
