I've excahnged e-mail with a dozen others who've had my same experience: -------------------------------------------------- May 20th ordered drive May 26th recieved drive without mounting bracket May 30th requested they ship bracket and hardware (promised to ship immediately) June 13th called company again. (Was put on hold 30 minutes and was disconnected) called back again. (was instructed to ship entire drive back at my expense before they would ship bracket and cable.) June 14th shipped drive. June 21st called company. had no record of drive shipment.
