Ever since I installed System 7, I noticed that some of the disks after being initialized show contents of 1K instead of the usual 7K, and correspondingly higher available space. *Sometimes* (but not always) using a Disk First Aid on such a floppy helps restore it to the good old self. I wouldn't bother anyone about it, since I haven't lost any data; but it's strange, and I wonder if I'm inviting disaster? Has anyone else noticed this? -- Eric Behr, Illinois State University, Mathematics Department Internet: ejbehr@rs6000.cmp.ilstu.edu Bitnet: ebehr@ilstu
