Does anyone know of an init or cdev which modifies the scroll bars so
the scroll box indicates the relative size of the window to the size of
the entire document. i.e. if the window shows only a small part of the
document then the box will be small, if it shows half the document it
will be bigger and if it shows the whole document it will fill the
scroll bar (same as what it does now).

I'm currently using 6.0.5 but am also interested in 7.
