I've got a friend with a Telebit T-1600 modem.  The modem works fine
for dialout, but he's having trouble getting it to work for dialup.
If any of you out there also have T-1600's, and have them working
for dialup, we'd both appreciate some help.  We need to know how to
configure the modem, and how to set up a proper /etc/gettytab entry.

Before you start saying "check the cable", we've done that.  It matches
the documentation, and also works with other modems just fine.
