Zoom is certainly NOT NeXT-specific...however, the Zoom modems work just
fine with the NeXT (that's what I'm using now).

As I understand it, Mac modem cables do not work with 68040 NeXTs, just
68030.  You should buy the one from NeXTConnection, making sure you specify
a modem cable for an '040 machine.
