To all the users of cc:Mail, the bad news: the touch of Lotus is
now making itself felt.

We have been running cc:Mail on our Novell LAN here for a while. 
Recently, we hit the user limit on the base package, and the
other administrator ordered the 100-user upgrade. It, or rather
something, came in yesterday.

The price hasn't changed.

It's now 25 more users instead of 100 more. (Effectively 4x cost/user.)

It's the wrong version--it won't work with our installed package.

He's looking at Pegasus mail right now, which I'd suggested a couple
of months ago. The times, they are a-changing....

(I understand Microsoft has done basically the same thing with the
email outfit they bought; price increases of 790% on some combinations
of the package. Gaahhhh...)
