The boot sequence starts off well, and the 3/60 downloads the boot code from the SSII, but then we get to the fatal: Using IP Address 130.91.16.9 = B25B1009 No bootparam server responding; still trying No bootparam server responding; still trying No bootparam server responding; still trying [...etc...] I've tried running rpc.bootparamd on the server with the debugging flag (-d) enabled and I get the following error messages: bp_getclntent failed. bp_getclntent failed. bp_getclntent failed. My bootparms file looks like: oldiron root=/export/root/Xkernel\ swap=/export/swap/Xkernel and I've tried every combination of hostname, fully-qualified hostname, and no hostname that I can think of in the /etc/hosts and /etc/bootparams files. Please email me any ideas and I'll try them out and summarize.
