I recently upgraded to a 4/370 running 4.1.1 and am using OpenWindows.  Does
anyone else have a problem exiting from OpenWindows?  About 80% of the time,
exiting from OpenWindows locks up the workstation and must be rebooted to
free up the terminal.  Is there some other way to free up the terminal 
without having to reboot?
