Is there some non-obvious way to get the Sun format utility to
output partition tables to a file? 
The "print" command is nice, but it's not the same
syntax as /etc/format.dat expects.

If one needs to maintain more than a few disks, it sure would be nice to
have an automated way to document partitioning.  

Has anyone written any code to do such a thing?
