I am having some difficulty determining how to specify two interesting
parameters of the RPC broadcast function clnt_broadcast.

My understanding is that clnt_broadcast will perform rebroadcasting at 
certain intervals and if no results are obtained in time "timeout" will
return with RPC_TIMEDOUT.

Does anyone know how to specify these parameters, i.e. lengthen or
shorten the timeout period, and specifying when to perform a rebroadcast?
