We wrote a simple X window program(from first several chapters of Xlib
Porgramming Manual of O'Reilly & Associates), compiled and ran it.
There suppose to be a window shown on the screen, but nothing happened.
The last routine the program calls is XMapWindow().
Does anyone know what else we should do to make the window appeal on
the screen? (say we need to get into X environment first, etc).
