	Anyone out there know of a software package that provides a
geographical toolkit for the purpose of displaying map-based data in
an application program.  I guess the software would provide management
of maps on an OpenWindows display and provide an interface to allow
programs to modify/update the display of individual elements on the maps.
Anyone have any suggestions??  Please respond via email.  Thanks...
