It sounds like during the istallation he didn't pick the correct keyboard type. Have him reinstall Windows, and double check the keyboard choice. I seem to recall a device driver that came with Tandy MS-DOS that will make the keyboard more compatible with some programs. Try it with and without it loaded. - John
