I posted about this a couple of weeks ago.  I got one informative answer
(thank you, Doug Gwyn) -- but I'm still looking for various tidbits.  In
particular, I'd like to know about the availability and current street
price of blit-series terminals.  (Let me know if you have one for sale!)
Different angles on all the other questions would also be appreciated.

I understand that there is no FAQ.  Any wisdom on the subject would be
appreciated.
