   Are dbm and newalias *supposed* to be included with the TCP package?  Or
are they for some strange reason only included in the development package?

   Whatever the case, they were not installed with the sendmail and as a result
we have lost all of our system aliasing capability (Major bummer) Does this
mean we have to go back to using MICNET?!
