    After installing BlueMax (PS/2 version of 386Max),  the mouse cursor
becomes invisible in a DOS window that has been minimized and then brought
back to full screen.  I have a Microsoft mouse and am using the driver
(MOUSE.COM) that came with Windows 3.0.  The mouse driver is loaded high, but
I assume the problem has to do with instancing rather than loading high.  I run
386enh mode.  Any suggestions?
