Subject: Cica bombs at my site.

For about the last 3 weeks, every time I log onto cica it bombs as
soon as I try to get a file.  Is this just my site or is it endemic?
I can log on normally, even get the index down to my site, but it
bombs out when ftping a file. It gets as far as the message giving
the file size and apparantly starting to transfer then just goes
away.  I have to halt the task here to get going again.  This is an
IBM VM machine.
