I have a question.  I'm writing an Introduction to Windows document for my
computer lab, and I'm trying to include some screen snapshots.  However,
the screen dumps are in color and I need them made grey scale.  If I just
cut and paste into a WFW document, it's black and white and you can't make
out any detail.  Do any of you know of a application available by FTP that
could do this for me?  Thanks in advance.
