I was also talking with a tech support person from Trident.  He said for
Windows, not to use the TVGABIO.SYS driver as Windows does not use BIOS
calls.  The TVGABIO driver will only take up 32k of memory and not provide
any additional performance inside of Windows.  Now for DOS applications, the
driver may increase perfomance.

Also, the MAMODE.EXE program that changes the video buffer from 64k to 128k
should not be used for Windows either.
