I am looking for a good Windows 3.0 interface builder which will
allow me to build an interface with pull down menus, buttons and 
dialog boxes and then generate the appropriate "c" code.

I have heard of Blue Sky's "Windows builder" but do not know how 
good it is.  It is also pretty expensive.  Please let me know if
You have heard of a good package.
