Message-ID: <1991Jun29.170428.3415@pinhead.pegasus.com> Date: 29 Jun 91 17:04:28 GMT Organization: Hawaii Medical Service Association Lines: 13 As a Visual BASIC learning exercise, I wrote a little program to load and view BMP files. Although LoadPicture loads the BMP file, it looks like it is limited to 16 colors. I used Windows Paintbrush to verify that the BMP files in question did indeed have 256 colors (i.e., it looks fine when I used Paintbrush to view the BMP). Does anyone know what variable(s) or picture object property I have to set to view a BMP in 256 colors? -- Todd Ogasawara ::: Hawaii Medical Service Association Internet ::: todd@pinhead.pegasus.com Telephone ::: (808) 536-9162 ext. 7
