As a Visual BASIC learning exercise, I wrote a little program to load and
view BMP files. Although LoadPicture loads the BMP file, it looks like it
is limited to 16 colors. I used Windows Paintbrush to verify that the BMP
files in question did indeed have 256 colors (i.e., it looks fine when I
used Paintbrush to view the BMP).

Does anyone know what variable(s) or picture object property I have to set to
view a BMP in 256 colors?
