Mwm*xpostit*clientDecoration:           none
Mwm*xpostit*iconImageBackground:        black
Mwm*xpostit*iconImageForeground:        red
postItNote*background:                  LemonChiffon
postItNote*foreground:                  DarkSlateBlue
xpostit*background:                     red

I believe postItNote*background is the one you are interested in.
