Does XVT include some kind of UI defintion >format, that allows to DEFINE the user interface without CODING ? XVT does have a resource file format similar to Window RC files. But that only is for defining dialogs, menus, and a few others. Since XVT doesn't support containers (Form widgets for examples) you can't code the GUI in the resource files. However, they have a GUI layout tool in beta which will write resource files and maybe skeleton code for the application user interface, but I don't remember. +-----------------+---------------------------+-----------------------------+ | Bill Poitras | Polygen Corporation | {princeton bu}!polygen!bill | | (bill) | Waltham, MA USA | - This space for rent - | | | FAX (617)890-8694 | bill@polygen.com | +-----------------+---------------------------+-----------------------------+
