I am decorating a cake for a surprise party this weekend and am looking
for a chocolate frosting recipe that won't need to be refrigerated for
a couple of days.  The only recipe that I have that meets that
qualification tastes great, but hardens upon standing and isn't the
best consistency for decorating.  I'd really appreciate any recipes
that might stay soft!
