A while back, I was having dinner in a restaurant and on the salad they
had the house dressing.  I can't remember what restaurant it was, or in
what city.  I have searched through all my cookbooks and can't find the
recipe for this delicious salad dressing.

It was a black pepper dressing, very light, but not Italian dressing
type texture, it was a little more creamy but not like blue cheese, or
ranch.
