As far as I know you could still get one new. It is .38 spl six shot and should handle +P rounds. I used to own a Colt Agent (wish I still had it) that was really nice. It was also a six shot .38 spl however it probably couldn't hold up to repeated +P rounds. Otherwise, like everyone has said, a smaller .357 is the way to go.
