Help 

Im planning to build a three channel audio mixer (two magnetic phonos and one
mic input) I would like to be able to hear all channels through headphones
and also i am planning on being able to cross-fade between the two phono
inputs.
If any one has any cct designs or has some other ideas (better) please mail me

It would be even better if the output from the mixer would be compatiable
with my amp which takes 775mw inputs
