I have in front of me a ceramic PGA chip that has 299 pins on it - in
a 20x20 array, with a 10x10 space in the middle and a missing index pin.

It's marked

	TAC 9005

Actually, I have a half-dozen of these that I picked up surplus.

What is it and who made it?
