I don't think it's the swallowing that matters, it's having the cum in your mouth that matters. Anything that makes it to the stomach will die pretty fast, but the gums can be a point of entry. You'd probably be better off swallowing it quickly than rinsing it around in your mouth and then spitting it out. Better yet, use a condom.
