I heard a neat bit on CNN today--Av Leak is reporting that US
President Bush will propose a pair of joint US/Soviet space
missions at the upcoming US/Soviet summit.  The first mission
would be a US visit to the Mir space station.  The second mission
would have Soviet Cosmonauts on a Shuttle flight.

Well, that's yer basic 8 second CNN news report.  No mention was
made of the actual missions (i.e. why we would go to the Mir or
what the Cosmonauts would do on the Shuttle) or a time-table.
