C compiler source moved
The C compiler's source has moved from /usr/src/cmd/c to /usr/src/cmd/ccom,
to eliminate a name conflict with the "c" program (among other reasons...).
Clearly, it should REALLY be /usr/src/cmd/cc, with cc.c moved in there and
incorporated into the makefile.
